PJP are here to ensure the recruitment process goes as smoothly as possible, with minimal disruption and stress to the candidate and client alike. We are dedicated to finding the right job for you, which will utilise your skills and potential to their fullest.

The recruitment process will always vary slightly from candidate to candidate, depending on the circumstances, but in most cases the process is as follows :

On receipt of your C.V., one of our experienced Consultants will contact you (outside of office hours and in the evening or weekend if this is more convenient) to discuss the position applied for (if applicable) and any other relevant positions that might be suitable for you. The Consultant will go through your C.V. with you and comment on content and presentation, discuss salary and employment conditions with you, and generally make sure that we have all the relevant information necessary before approaching any clients.

The Consultant will then discuss with you the vacancy applied for, and any others that may be relevant. Note : not all client vacancies are put on our web site. With mutual agreement we will then make approaches to our client(s) on your behalf, and in due course advise you of their response.

Any forthcoming client interest and offer(s) of interview will be discussed with you and we will agree a mutually convenient date and time with you and the client for the interview(s) to take place. All the arrangements will then be confirmed by email to you, which will include the client's address, a street location map, web details, the names of all interviewers, etc.

Shortly following your interview, we will contact both you and the client to obtain initial feedback and comments on the meeting. We will notify you immediately of any offers and rejections, and give as much advise to you as required. The advice given to you will be professional and impartial, and will be provided as and when you need it in helping you to arrive at the right decision, particularly when you are in receipt of multiple offers.

At all stages of the recruitment process we will provide you with help and assistance, and we can be contacted at any time.
